Halloween 2008

On October 31st we were in New York to visit Daddy, it was Halloween and New York seened to be the perfect place to celebrate our first Halloween. It is a nice american tradition and it is amazing to see how people put effort in decorating their houses. See below some examples:

I believe it looks great but Anne-Sophie & Lukas are not convinced. But as soon as they discovered the candy they enjoyed it as much as I did or even more.......

Georg moves to the Big Apple!

After staying home for 2 months, Georg found a new job as Hotel Manager in New York. Enough reason to drive to New York on a monthly basis to visit daddy ........






and to spend some family time together walking through the city and visiting the Zoo in Central Park! We love NY....

Finally in the USA

After many request to restart our blog....... There are many changes that happened since our last post. In May last year we decided to move from Berlin Germany to Boston USA or to be a little more precise to Arlington Massachussets. See above our new home, the white house!

It took a while but Anne-Sophie started walking in June and has not stopped ever since......She really enjoys her new garden.

Back home we puzzle a little bit and play with water on the balcony till we are tired. And not only we get sleepy after such a long day ...............................

Since our move to Berlin, we haven't been able to visit any grandparent. To ensure that we do not forget what our grandparents look like, we headed to Oirschot & Karlsruhe to spend some days with our relatives. I took some pictures to refresh our memory.......

Anne-Sophie & Lukas love to swim, so we decided to spent 1 week in Centerparcs with Heleen and Evelien.
